"Born at Wakulka, south of Kiwirrkurra, Nigura was married to Yala Yala Gibbs Tjungurrayi (now deceased), an outstanding artist who painted for Papunya Tula Artists. Her depictions include the story for Wirrulnga, a rockhole east of Kiwirrkurra, for Papunya Tula Artists. Her painting was used as a motif on an Australian stamp in 2003."
